Job Description
3. Support HR department in day-to-day operations.
4. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and scheduling interviews.
5. Manage employee records and ensure their accuracy and compliance.
6. Coordinate and organise company's training sessions and seminars.
7. Assist in the preparation of HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
8. Participate in performance management processes.
9. Help to maintain a healthy and inclusive workplace environment.
10. Handle employee queries about HR-related issues.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Co-Ordinator should have:
11. An educational background in Human Resources or related field.
12. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
