Property Manager Annual Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 DOE Location: Glasgow City Centre Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (1 day at home) Join a leading and friendly Property Management service based in the heart of Glasgow City Centre. We are currently seeking a Property Manager who is committed to maintaining high standards and building strong relationships with customers and contractors. Day-to-day of the role: Liaise with internal departments and contractors on all maintenance matters. Raise job orders for contractors to attend to maintenance issues. Follow up on estimate requests to ensure contractors provide estimates within set timescales. Review estimates provided by contractors and liaise with internal departments to progress these repairs. Draft and issue communication to homeowners with details of repairs required and follow up to instruction of works. Ensure all follow-up actions are done in accordance with internal procedures that meet our Service Level Agreement. Answer inbound calls directed from our switchboards and make outbound client calls providing regular updates. Operate Live Chat, answering client queries and raising tickets for any action points, ensuring that queries are followed up. Take ownership of issues and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to satisfactorily resolve matters. Proactively manage own case load ensuring responses to clients are provided in accordance with our Service Level Agreement. Provide a high-quality service to all clients each day, via telephone and Live Chat. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain flexible with priorities. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
