Lead, manage and motivate a Team Sales Executives to achieve/exceed sales targets Alongside the General Sales Manager, plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns to ensure KPIs and Sales targets are met. Monitor and manage stock. Lead Management, increasing CRM and defining sales processes Ensure the proper and accurate use of all business systems throughout the team. Maintain your own product knowledge and show an awareness of competitor activity. What you will bring: A proven track record of Sales Team Management experience within a similar brand A passion for delivering exceptional customer experience In-depth knowledge of the used car market and stock management.
