The Role
1. The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with agency recruitment clients across all levels.
2. The role requires travel for client-based meetings, training and entertainment 2 days a week usually with 3 days office-based work.
3. The role focuses on achieving sales targets and enhancing opportunities with new and existing agency clients.
Role Objectives
1. Grow the worker base across existing and new agency clients.
2. Increase the number of leads/referrals we receive from existing agency accounts where our client is on the PSL/ASL.
3. Have extensive contact with recruitment consultants across all branches for each agency, including face-to-face meetings.
4. Understand the industry in which our client operates and provide technical support to agencies as and when required.
5. Work closely with the internal team to ensure all issues and queries are resolved quickly and in a professional manner.
6. Log details of all calls, meetings and interactions on our CRM system.
7. Obtain relevant market intelligence and share this with colleagues.
Skills & Requirements
1. A highly motivated and dynamic sales individual with the right cultural fit.
2. Preferred experience in the industry or recruitment.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Effective time management to ensure timely execution of all duties.
5. Demonstrated ability to create and implement growth ideas.
6. Solid commercial awareness and adeptness in negotiating with our agency partners.
7. Experience in presenting to clients at various levels, including senior positions.
8. Possess a positive, can-do attitude.
