Position: Fleet Services Administrator
Salary: Starting from £26,037, 22. 5 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising with service and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates.

Royal Mail is looking to add a Fleet Services Administrator to our Warrington Workshop team. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks to support the Workshop manager and wider team.
About the role:
You will provide a full range of administration support to the wider team as well as support FSM administration along with SAP management and PSP administration. You will also support with:
1. Data input to relevant systems/software (e.g., Excel, Word, M5).
2. Data checking, verification, and reconciliation.
3. Data analysis to identify problematic issues.
4. Extracting data for query resolution.
5. Handling problems and issues effectively with a strong customer focus.
6. Liaising with internal and external customers and suppliers.
About You:
For this role, you should be a self-starter who is motivated to work in a team environment. You will need to have experience working with MS Excel in a previous role. You should also be able to demonstrate:
1. A good standard of organisational skills.
2. Strong team working skills.
3. A flexible approach and the ability to work on your own initiative within a framework.
4. Confident communication skills, including telephone call handling and e-mail/written correspondence.
5. Good standard of numeracy.
6. Working knowledge of internal support functions, processes, and systems (e.g., finance and procurement procedures).
