CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a mobile electrical engineer to work between 7 sites in the Aberdeen and Shire areas.
The job purpose is to conduct planned preventative maintenance, reactive works to building plant, equipment, and systems in accordance with agreed service levels, undertake small installation works and respond to site engineering emergencies.
The successful candidate will be a multi-skilled engineer who is proficient in various disciplines, capable of handling a range of maintenance and repairs on-site.
Key Tasks
1. Ensure that routine maintenance is conducted to all electrical / Mechanical systems to meet and exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements.
2. Reporting of all defects via correct process and consult with the supervisor of defect requirements.
3. Consult with sub-contractors as required for repairs / quotations, monitoring performance of sub-contractor personnel. Ensuring works have been undertaken correctly and work area has been left in a satisfactory condition. Reviewing of test documentation from subcontractors.
4. Sign off completed PPM and reactive tasks in line with policies and procedures in a timely manner.
5. Ensure a professional image of CBRE is presented to clients and visitors and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted at all times.
6. Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the client representative and client’s personnel.
7. Ensure the provision of a safe & healthy working environment, and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as client site policies, procedures and working arrangements, as required.
Qualifications & Experience
1. A good basic education is essential, with good written and spoken English and basic mathematical skills.
2. Valid, clean driver’s license - Essential
3. Recognized Electrical Qualification - Essential
4. C&G 18th Edition in Electrical Installations - Essential
