The Role:
Our Student Support Assistants make a difference in the lives of our students with SEN by enabling them to reach their full educational potential. Our tailored pathway programmes, including GCSEs, Life Skills, and A-levels, ensure that all students can overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. Student Support Assistants act as role models, adopting our learning philosophy, values and learning techniques to enable our students to progress throughout their course.
Farnham is the smaller of the three Surrey campuses and therefore this allows us to give our students a more personalised learning experience. Ideally, we would like our Student Support Assistants to have some experience within the areas of A level and BTec courses ranging from Media through to Law.
