The Role As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the marketing team, supporting both digital and IRL project delivery, as well as content creation. Working closely with our Marketing Manager, brand sales teams, and the marketing and buying teams of our retail partners – including ASOS, John Lewis, Anthropologie & many more – you’ll help drive opportunities and deliver engaging brand content and campaigns. Preferred experience using, e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Canva, Influencer management tools Confident in content creation and creative briefing Passionate about marketing, branding, and industry trends Note - This is not a design lead role. All our designs are set from our brands centrally; we adapt and implement locally in our market (UK) Brand & Campaign Execution Assist in the execution of brand campaigns, including product launches and seasonal promotions Manage and distribute marketing materials for retail partners’ websites, social media, and external channels Educate and train our retail partners on content self-serve platforms (e.g., Fashion Cloud) Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends and opportunities Support in post-campaign summary and analysis Content Creation & Design Provide design support. Example: partner homepages, banners, social media, in-store & showroom POS and events (Graphic Design experience preferred but not essential. Again, we have a design team based at HQ, so this role would be adapting this design to local requests) Assist in supplying & maintaining e-commerce imagery for retail partners Coordinate outsourced content creation (photographers, videographers, designers) Manage visual assets to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials Management of BESTSELLER UK Instagram account Store Marketing Support the implementation of in-store marketing materials, including signage & store concept Coordinate with the Marketing Manager for store visuals and campaign approvals before execution About BESTSELLER BESTSELLER was created in 1975 in Denmark by the Povlsen family.
