We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Presales Technical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts by providing technical expertise and guidance on our IT and communications offerings. Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored IT and communications solutions.
* Create and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
* Assist in the development of proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation.
* Support the sales cycle from initial contact through to closure, ensuring technical alignment with customer needs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to position our solutions effectively.
* Work closely with product managers and engineers to gather detailed product information and understand the latest features and capabilities.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a presales or technical sales role within the IT and communications industry.
* Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and communications systems.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Proven track record of successfully supporting the sales process and contributing to revenue growth.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
* Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
