The Role: You will be joining a close-knit team and working closely with the Technical Director, professional services, and finance teams. Your focus will be on maintaining quality, supporting internal compliance, and making sure the technical back-end of the business operates efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include: Managing procurement processes, including reconciling and consolidating software licensing. Handling invoice queries to support the finance team and ensure smooth billing cycles. Leading internal ISO audits, ensuring all processes align with quality standards and compliance requirements. Acting as the bridge between the technical and solutions teams, ensuring tickets and requests are properly handed over and followed up. Coordinating the timely purchase of hardware, software, and licensing, with a keen eye on accuracy and timelines. Monitoring and progressing internal procedures to maintain service quality and operational excellence. This is a role for someone who is naturally organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, and who takes pride in delivering work to a high standard.
