Job Description
1. Act as the main point of contact between the company and the local community.

3. Address any community concerns or issues related to the company's property projects.
4. Coordinate community outreach and engagement initiatives.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders.
6. Report on community feedback and sentiment towards the company's projects.
7. Contribute to project planning with insights about community needs and preferences.
8. Represent the company at local events and forums.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'CLO' should have:
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. A keen interest and understanding of the property industry.
3. An ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
