We are looking for a diligent and dynamic individual to join our newly formed Business Analyst team as a Senior Technology Business Analyst. You should possess a degree, management qualification, or relevant professional qualification, and a Business Analysis qualification (Practitioner level BCS BA, Lean Six Sigma) is desirable. Proficiency in advanced Microsoft 360 and Microsoft Visio is essential. Excellent communication skills are crucial, and as occasional travel may be required, a full valid driving licence is also necessary.
Your responsibilities are:
In this role, I will engage your skills across our service catalog, which includes requirements elicitation, user experience design, and change adoption. You will manage relationships and communicate effectively to maintain good working relationships with customers, ensuring buy-in and identifying and remedying shortfalls in service delivery. Additionally, I will lead, coach, and mentor Business Analysts, plan and act as a point of escalation for complex issues, and manage the recruitment, performance, training, and development of quality people to ensure that skilled employees are available to meet the needs of our service.
