Accountable for overseeing the efficient management and control of Blast Operations to meet established budget targets and service standards. Ensure a dependable, high-quality service to customers in full compliance with legal requirements. Coordinate the safe and effective flow of raw materials from initial intake through the blast process to support business operations and meet customer demand. Mon-Thur 6am - 4pm Pay: £12.82 per hour Ensure efficient warehouse operations that meet both customer and business demands. Organize the safe, timely movement of raw materials from intake through the blast process. Provide clear direction to operational staff on daily tasks within the Blast area. Align customer needs with business commitments. Maintain accurate, relevant documentation for incoming fresh and outgoing frozen raw materials, including stock labeling. Develop and track key metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, and training and safety records. Ensure vehicles, machinery, and equipment are well-maintained and fit for purpose. Allocate and maintain handling equipment (trucks and RF scan devices) to support operations. Report stock damages or discrepancies, coordinating with the Stock Control team.
