Nuffield Health Hereford Hospital currently has an opportunity for a Healthcare Account Manager to join our team. Start your journey with us whilst we’ll support you to be your best.
As our Healthcare Account Manager, you will deliver the hospital's marketing strategy and our charitable purpose. You will:
1. Promote Nuffield Health Hereford Hospital and the Nuffield Health brand consistently across all stakeholders, supporting the implementation of brand values and guidelines using social media, local advertising, and local partnerships.
2. Promote Nuffield Health Hereford Hospital as the number one hospital of choice for potential patients and employees using social media, internal and external communication methods.
3. Organise internal and/or external events/conferences/briefings, ensuring accurate and complete supporting documentation is produced in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Build strong professional relationships with all stakeholders (members of the primary health care team, consumers, consultants, corporate clients, and colleagues).
5. Support & develop a targeted growth referral strategy with revenue targets for selected specialties and consultants which incorporates key audiences such as primary care, physiotherapists, local businesses, potential patients, and other target audiences.
6. Ensure that Nuffield Health Hereford Hospital delivers its charitable purpose.
What are we looking for?
For you to be able to succeed as the Healthcare Account Manager, you will demonstrate:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. A proven track record of Sales, Business Development/GP Liaison in an NHS/Private setting.
3. A proactive, enthusiastic, self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative without supervision.
4. Good numerical and analytical ability.
5. Ability to influence diverse sets of audiences.
6. Proven ability to work effectively in a team.
7. Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
8. Results driven and proactive.
9. Proven experience of presenting to groups – GPs, Consultants, businesses.
10. Proven experience of designing, organising, and delivering large scale 200+ delegate events.
11. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
12. Proficiency in social media use.
