This Role: Customer Service Advisor supporting our SoResi Sales Team Location: Beeston, Nottingham, NG9 1LA - Free on-site parkingSalary: Permanent post - £28,619 based on a 37.5hr working week. This role qualifies for hybrid working once full training has been completed.Here at MTVH we are looking to recruit 3 x Customer Service Advisors (known in the business as Sales Customer Advisors) to join us as part of our new SoResi team that will be based in our Beeston, Nottingham office.Our hours of working are Monday to Friday 09:00am till 17:30pm with 1 Saturday every 4 weeks on a rota basis. We offer flexible working between the office and home and have set office days. You need to have a real passion for helping people and will not be afraid to take ownership and responsibility for the wide variety of sales and marketing queries that we receive.
