Kimberly-Clark is looking for an ambitious, self-driven, and talented individual to drive competitive landscape assessment, benchmarking, and strategic planning to identify opportunities for end-to-end value stream. Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Value Stream, the incumbent will also be responsible for the overall value stream strategic planning process, building global connected data/analytics to identify opportunities and inform value stream strategy. Seeking a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, collaborative mind set, deep analytical skills, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving results.
Role Accountabilities
1. Establish process and routinely update competitive supply chain intelligence research on key parameters, competitor moves and overall value stream.
2. Understand drivers of success among competition, key value enablers and comparative metrics – connecting ABU segment/sector market & competitive landscape, drivers & opportunities to inform our strategies & priorities.
3. Link external intelligence benchmarks to our internal value chain and performance metrics (products and process) to drive towards top quartile performance.
4. Articulate the value proposition of our competitive strategy and influence resource allocation and investment decisions.
5. Detail advantaged actions and initiatives that can set up value chain for cost efficiency, deliver target cost savings and drive consumer value.
6. Translate business / enterprise strategy and objectives to value stream requirements.
7. Coordinate with capital teams for sufficiency planning, and ensure strong capital efficiency (improve ROIC)
8. Develop strong commercial partnership and deep understanding of customers and consumers.
9. Champion and facilitate the connected strategy and framework development for Personal Care, Family Care, ECM and Professional including the associated mfg. technology process and Segment/ ABU connection with the Enterprise Value Chain
10. Support & conduct value stream analysis, generate insights by collaborating & building global connected data & reports (business partner with DTS as an example)
11. Enable value stream current state: strategic state analysis with connected data & analytics to inform step change performance end-to-end at the enterprise & segment levels by sector & platform.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
12. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; Advanced degree / MBA preferred
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Power BI; Supply Chain Management systems.
14. Proficient in manufacturing asset technologies, 4-wall set up, PPI, commodities, and global logistics with strong understanding of lean principles, six sigma methodologies, and other process improvement techniques.
15. 10+ years of experience in value stream, operations management – specifically in CPG, B2B industry with proven track record of driving process improvements.
16. Proven experience in Competitive Strategy and Supply Chain Management
17. Experience in end-to-end innovation cycles, product design, DtV, and international markets required; Consulting experience preferred
18. ELT and board level communications (storytelling and structuring) and interpersonal skills.
19. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
20. Change management experience, with a track record of driving successful change initiatives.
21. Results-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
22. Occasional global travel may be required to support the business (up to 25%).
