As the HR Administrative Assistant your duties will include:
Recruitment Support, managing job postings, preparing offer packets, and conducting reference checks to ensure a seamless hiring process
Onboarding Coordination, facilitating new hire orientation and ensuring all resources are ready for a smooth start
HR System Management, entering and updating employee records, maintaining accurate and compliant personnel files
Data and Compliance Auditing, auditing HR records for accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Reporting and Documentation: generating, distributing, and managing HR reports, ensuring deadlines and standards are met
General Administrative Support: handling scanning, filing, and data entry while contributing to special projects as needed

Previous demonstrable experience in a HR/Recruitment role
Ideally CIPD qualified
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel,...
