Facilities Manager - Hybrid
Location: Leeds
Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 plus car allowance or company car
Hexagon Group is working with a well-respected real estate company recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join their experienced FM team, working with highly reputable clients. As the Facilities Manager, you will manage a mixed-use portfolio of properties across Yorkshire, with your main base being Leeds. Our client offers hybrid working and flexibility to their teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide full facilities management for your allocated portfolio.
2. Carry out monthly/quarterly site inspections.
3. Create and manage each site's service charge budget.
4. Oversee site health & safety and statutory compliance.
5. Manage hard & soft service partners on-site.
6. Ensure PPM schedules are completed and reactive works are dealt with promptly.
7. Maintain close liaison with clients and tenants, chairing monthly meetings.
8. Prepare risk assessments for each site.
The successful candidate will have several years' experience as a Facilities Manager, ideally managing a mixed-use property portfolio. However, our client is open to speaking with experienced Assistant Facilities Managers seeking the next step in their career or Building Managers looking to move into a multi-site capacity.
In addition, you will need to be knowledgeable of service charge budgets and hold an IOSH Certificate as a minimum. As this role requires travel, it is essential to hold a valid driving license. Our client is keen to move quickly, so please don't hesitate to apply with a copy of your CV.
