Account Manager - Seafood - Fleetwood

Company Overview: A wholesale fishmongers providing fresh seafood straight from local markets to restaurants and hotels, dealing with some of the most prestigious and well-known names. Established in 1984, with a turnover of £15 million, this is a company with a combination of experience and innovation, demonstrated by the year-on-year growth, along with exciting future plans.
Role Overview: As an Account Manager, your role will involve managing a Liverpool client base of 200 + accounts. You will be joining a small team of other Account Managers, assisting national clients and providing a high level of customer service. This will be an office-based role, where you'll have the ongoing support of the business. Due to the nature of the industry, this is an early start, early finish role and an example of your day to day roles will involve taking orders from chefs, processing those orders, conducting market research and carrying out client service calls.
Responsibilities:
· Manage a portfolio of 200+ accounts
· Take inbound and make outbound calls to maintain relationships and encourage order taking
· Carrying out market research to stay up-to-date with current affairs
· Working efficiently to ensure timelines are maintained
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of telesales or Account Manager experience
· Food industry not essential but would be a bonus.
· Office based, with a 7am start
· Great relationship builder and a natural problem solver

The Package:
· £27,000-£30,000 basic salary
· £100/month individual client retention bonus
· £12,000 OTE for reaching team target
