Team Leader
Full time - 36.75 hours per week
Permanent Contract
Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 10.00pm
£25,378.08 - £27,766.83*

*Minimum raising to £26,199.81 from 1st April

Key responsibilities
1. Motivate, develop, and support every member of your team.
2. Provide resources needed for excellent customer service.
3. Manage resources and lead by example in safety and customer service.
4. Identify opportunities to improve processes and services.
Required skills & experience
1. Extensive retail experience with a focus on team leadership.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capability.
3. Positive, curious mindset with ideas for improving experiences.
4. Willingness to learn new technologies and methods.
5. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
