What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful applicant will be energetic, passionate, and ambitious, maintaining high expectations of all children. They will skilfully work in partnership with teachers, LSAs, and other professionals to ensure the best provision and achieve the best outcomes for our pupils. Experience of, or an interest in, Pie Corbett’s Talk for Writing approach would be desirable, as the school is a Training Centre.
The post holder will possess excellent communication skills and a clear commitment to their own and others’ professional development.
