As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be making sure that Calke Abbey, Foremark and Staunton Harold operates as it should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You’ll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping ensure that across the properties, a wide range of compliance activities are actioned as well as leading the co-ordination of maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative).
