Accounts Manager responsibilities
Manage budgets, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
Coordinate audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings
Maintain and improve client relationships to ensure smooth financial operations
Monitor cash flow, financial forecasts, and performance metrics
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring professional development
Dealing with accounts queries from Customer Services Team (CST)
