To work within our MPS Housing Maintenance team delivering a range of services to our clients, including a range of cleaning maintenance services in void properties. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard based in the Maryport Area. This role will undertake void final cleans to allow for the client to let the property to a new customer.
What you need to have:
* Full UK Driving experience
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
* Determined ‘can-do’ attitude, positive views when faced with challenges, and a flexible approach towards hours and tasks.
* Ability to work independently and to own initiative
