About the role As a Registered General Nurse you will be required to hold a valid NMC Pin and provide the details to Shaftesbury. Your duties will include ensuring the highest standard of clinical care is provided to all people supported. You will be involved in assessments, medication administration and care planning implementation and evaluation. Horizons is a residential transitional service for up to 13 young adults, based in Poole, Dorset. Residents have physical and intellectual disabilities and associated medical needs. Horizons residents, are supported to access the local community, gain life skills and attend further education and courses.
