Lead Practice Nurse – Bristol
Location: Central Bristol, in a stunning Grade II* listed building with award-winning gardens and free parking.
Hours: Flexible, part-time to full-time (3 or 4 days preferred).
Salary: £45,000 - £54,000 per annum, pro-rata (negotiable based on experience).

The Role:
As the Lead Practice Nurse, you’ll oversee a talented nursing team, lead the treatment room's daily operations, and uphold exceptional care standards. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and mentoring a team of experienced nurses, HCAs, and trainees.
* Providing expert care in diabetes management and contraceptive services (training available).
* Working closely with GPs and staff to improve and innovate patient services.
* Balancing clinical responsibilities with reduced admin, supported by the team.
About You:
* A Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
* Experienced in or keen to develop expertise in diabetes and contraceptive services.
* A natural leader with strong communication skills and a passion for team mentorship.
* Committed to delivering outstanding patient care and fostering a positive work environment.
