Responsibilities
As a Marketplace Operations Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our platform. This includes managing inventory, coordinating with partners, resolving operational issues, and ensuring the accurate and timely display of event listings. You will also monitor marketplace performance, analyse data to identify improvements, and work closely with the wider team to ensure our platform meets the needs of both customers and partners.
Your role will involve:
1. Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all products are listed accurately and in a timely manner
2. Manage pricing within the product both dynamically and manually
3. Work with partners to ensure that their content is inputted correctly and efficiently
4. Solutionise and propose technical improvements and automations to streamline processes and increase efficiency
5. Build and monitor the effectiveness of pages on the marketplace, including analysing key metrics and making recommendations for improvements
6. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all parties are working collaboratively towards common goals
7. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure that all marketplace operations are standardised and streamlined
8. Identify areas for improvement within marketplace operations and work with the Head of Marketplace to develop and implement strategies to address them
9. Be adaptable and able to work to last minute deadlines alongside strategic planning
10. Communicate effectively with team members, partners and stakeholders across the business
11. Have a passion for process improvement and streamlining
Skills & Experience

12. Experience in operations, preferably in a marketplace or e-commerce setting
13. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
15. Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
16. Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
17. Have excellent digital literacy
18. Must have impeccable attention to detail
19. Must be a fast learner with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
20. Have confidence in decision making
21. Have an interest in sport, music and major live events
Target compensation package:
Up to £30k + quarterly bonus + share options + benefits.
Final offers may differ from the target compensation package, taking factors such as experience level and skill set into consideration.
