Value Added Service (VAS) Administrator Swansea £11.44 per hour Monday - Friday Acorn by Synergie is working with a client in the Health, Beauty and Wellness industry who are seeking a creative, fun and friendly individual to join their Operational team as a Value Added Service (VAS) Administrator. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure high level of service is delivered to all customers. Responsibilities: Work alongside the Sales and Brand team to design labels for new customers. Creating new labels using the Bar Tender deign tool. Print labels in a timely manner. Stock management - this includes ordering new stock when required. Handling any returns that arrive back at the warehouse. Support the re-work team where required. Basic administrative duties. Experience using SAGE. General adhoc warehouse duties when required. Key Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel. Experience in SAGE. Experience using Bar Tender or similar software is preferred. Ability to work as part of a team. Highly organised.
