Jubilee Lodge is a 74 bed Care Home situated in Bourton on the Water. The home offers individualized dementia, nursing, respite, and intermediate care in a comfortable, homely setting. We are rated 9.6 by Carehome.co.uk and Good by the Care Quality Commission.
Location: Cheltenham / Bourton on the Water
Rate: £22.98 per hour with enhanced weekends and nights!
It’s a varied role and you may expect to develop a care plan, provide medicine safely, oversee the care team, plus deliver nursing care to our residents. You will have the ability to understand and manage the complexities of the multitude of clinical and psychological factors that affect the health and well-being of our elderly residents, whilst in turn supporting their families.

What else we’re looking for:
Experience of producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments is important too, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs and MCA. Plus experience or willingness to train in:
* Catheterisation
* Syringe drivers
* PEG feeding
* Verification of Death
* Venepuncture
* Blood monitoring
* Understanding of aseptic technique, epilepsy, sepsis
