About the Role: The Lanes Group are seeking an Administrator to join our team in our Slough depot. You’ll be working as part of a team to support the depot manager in running of day to day business, involving customer contacts with job updates and enquiries. Updating in house systems including customer reports, Invoicing, time sheets, taking payments over the phone, raising purchase orders via our in-house systems, telephone & email enquiries. Location: Slough Hours: 37.5 Hours per week – Monday - Friday Salary: £24,000 per annum Responsibilities – but not limited to: Handle incoming enquires ensuring they are dealt with an efficient manner Triaging customers, capturing all relevant information required for the sales manager to successful quote. Manage Key account customers scheduling works to engineers and managing attendance to ensure we meet SLA Create and distribute month end sales reports – demonstrating won/loss works. Create and produce month end productivity reports, managing jobs not invoiced Resolve any customer issues from delivery/invoicing/paperwork and CCTV Surveys. General admin duties; including organisation of the Sales and Regional sales paperwork, raising Purchase orders, sending engineer reports to customers and working with the Ops manager to ensure return visits booked Experience and qualifications required for the role: Excellent communication skills Competent using all Microsoft packages (such as emails, team, excel, word, etc) IT competency Excellent organisation skills What we offer: 24 days holiday bank holidays Life Assurance Auto enrolment pension scheme; Free onsite parking; Friendly working environment; This position is open to Internal and External candidates.
