Our client a family run business based in Tamworth, requires an Administration Assistant. Possible permanent opportunities following successful trial period. Duties include working within the Finance and Welfare Team primarily providing accounting support. Posting daily sales invoicing to Sage 50 / Orderwise. Processing sales credits. Checking and posting purchase invoices. Checking and posting purchase credits. Reconciling supplier/customer statements and investigating discrepancies. Dealing with queries. Posting sales and purchase payments. Processing Employee Expenses. Monitoring Invoices, Accounts and personal email inboxes. Working towards deadlines for month end. Chasing late payments. Assisting in project work. Assisting the HR department processing lateness, absence and holiday requests. Providing administrative support for H&S. Any other ad hoc duties that fall withing the Finance & Welfare Department.
The package:
1. Monday - Thursday 0830-1700, Friday 0730-1600
2. £11.75 per hour
