CARETAKER - CWRT RAWLIN PRIMARY SCHOOLPERMANENTRequired: As soon as possible Grade 3, Level 111 hours per week7:30 - 9:30 am daily Monday to Friday4 hours over two Sundays per month The role also requires the Caretaker to open and close the school two Sundays per month - the school would need to be opened at 3pm on a Sunday as part of a rental agreement. The Caretaker would then be required to return to school at 7pm to close the school following the rental period. The Caretaker would be contracted to open and close the school two Sundays per month. We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed individual to join our school as a caretaker. The successful candidate will be required to ensure the school is opened at the designated times, together with other duties as set out in the job description including site security, cleaning as required, general maintenance tasks and minor repairs. We are particularly looking for a caretaker who will ‘go that extra’ mile and show commitment to our school. In addition, cover of the Site Manager as and when required.
