- Full time Reports to Chief Operations Officer WHAT TO EXPECT DAY TO DAY The Personal Assistant will report to the COO and provide him with full administrative support.
The Personal Assistant will also, from time to time, offer support to the CFO and Director of Operations.
Typical responsibilities include: Assists the team with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing active calendars of appointments and meetings, completing reports, composing and preparing correspondence, arranging travel plans, itineraries, agendas, compiling documents for meetings and objective tracking for the team.
Assists in coordinating the agenda of team meetings and designates and follows up on assigned action items Be an ambassador for the company to maintain and enhance our reputation with customers and partners WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and customers.
Previous experience working with Executive level functions.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly outlook & PowerPoint Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner.
Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organisational, and research skills.
Ability to work with a broad range of people including major customers, Board members, the leadership team and the wider Camlin team.
Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills Strong organisational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
QUALIFICATIONS 2 A-levels and 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English and Mathematics2 years of administrative/secretarial experience.
DESIRABLE 3 years providing support for upper-level management in a similar size or larger organisation.
