Job Summary and key responsibilities The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Collections team by actively chasing and collecting outstanding debts and resolving queries. Additionally, the role involves assisting with administrative tasks and providing support to other departments with ad-hoc credit control functions. Key Responsibilities: Credit Control responsibilities: Pursue overdue debts and arrears through telephone, email, and letter within agreed timeframes. Handle and resolve customer queries efficiently. Ensure month-end process deadlines are consistently met. Manage your own ledger, ensuring debts are paid in a timely manner. Administrative Responsibilities: Support the team with administrative tasks such as payment reports, month end reporting Additional Responsibilities: Consistently operate within and demonstrate LRG company values. Provide support to other departments with ad-hoc credit control functions What are we looking for: Positive can-do attitude when it comes to delivering business change. Good written and oral communications skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail: accuracy in data entry and documentation. Good business acumen for problem solving & customer focus Highly numerical, analytical whilst focused on the detail, maintaining an appreciation of the bigger picture.
