Job Title : Paediatric Dietitian Location : Southend, Essex Banding: Band 6 Start date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Rate : £2 4 -2 7 per hour Working hours: Monday – Friday, 37,5 hours per week An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paediatric Dietitian to join our client's team in Southend, Essex. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in paediatric dietetics, looking to advance their careers in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality nutritional care and support. What will your responsibilities be : The role involves providing both inpatient and outpatient cover for paediatric patients. Responsibilities include managing cases of faltering growth, allergies, enteral feeding, eating disorders, coeliac disease, metabolic conditions, and conducting nutritional assessments. Additional responsibilities include working with diabetes (desirable), neonatal care (desirable), and HEF (desirable). General outpatient duties involve addressing fussy eating and infant feeding issues, as well as providing nutritional education and support to families. The position also requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans. Qualifications and Experiences: HCPC registration as a Dietitian Degree in Dietetics or equivalent Experience in paediatric dietetics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Commitment to maintaining high standards of nutritional care How to apply?
