Our national client is seeking an experienced Administration Manager; someone with proven operational skills and experience to manage a team of 3. This person needs to be customer service-focused and a proactive person who strives to exceed the needs and expectations of the customer. Job Description:
1. Effectively managed a team of 3
2. Responsibility for ensuring customers and workflow is processed promptly
3. Dealing with internal departments to ensure the efficient processing of customers’ orders
4. Effective communication with internal departments such as despatch, finance production, and hauliers
Candidate Requirements:
5. A proven operational background in a manufacturing business
6. Experience in managing an effective team
7. Proactive individual
8. Strong communication skills
9. Proven customer service experience
10. Someone who can work to deadlines
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 Per Annum
