We're on the lookout for passionate and dedicated Residential Childcare Workers to join our dedicated team and help us deliver gold-standard care and support.

What You'll Do
As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will :
* Provide compassionate, hands-on care and support to children and young people with disabilities during their short stays.
* Help create a positive and engaging environment that ensures every child feels valued, safe, and supported.
* Be a key member of a dynamic and supportive team committed to excellence in care.
* Enjoy flexible shift patterns, including sleep-ins and waking nights, bringing variety and balance to your role.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking individuals who :
* Have experience working with children and young people, especially those with disabilities.
* Understand safeguarding policies and procedures.
* Are skilled in record-keeping and maintaining accurate documentation.
* Hold a full driving licence (or can meet the mobility requirements of the role).

A competitive salary starting from £12.68/hour (£19,780.80 annually for 30 hours) and up to £15.16/hour (£23,652.97 annually). Full-time equivalent salary ranges from £24,398.40 - £29,172.00/year.
Additional payment of £62.64 for every sleep-in shift undertaken.

Applicants must be registered with the NI Social Care Council (NISCC) or willing to register by appointment. Successful candidates will also need to undertake an Enhanced Access NI with Child Barred List check.
