Interim HR Administrator - NHS Job Descriptions Immediately Required
Our client, a well-respected NHS organisation in Gloucester, is looking for an Interim HR Administrator to come on board on a temporary basis for an initial 6 week contract.
Location: Gloucester
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Length of Contract: March 31st
Hourly Rate: £19.98 via Umbrella

Day to Day Duties:
1. To work alongside Senior managers within the organisation to write and develop NHS job descriptions across the organisation through Job Matching process.
2. Need to ensure accuracy when developing job descriptions to ensure it accurately encompasses the duties of each role so that when the JD goes through to Job Evaluation it will be allocated to the correct NHS Agenda for Change pay scales banding.
Essential Skills:
1. Previous NHS experience.
2. Trained in NHS Job Matching/Evaluation Process – Agenda for Change.
