Post 1 – You will be required to work 14 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year.
£9,460.50 - £9,620.33
Post 2 – You will be required to work 28 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year.
£18,921 - £19,240.67
We require passionate and enthusiastic individuals to work as part of a team at Castle Douglas Swimming Pool.
Duties will include ensuring customer safety at all times, lifeguarding customers, communicating effectively with members of the public and other staff, undertaking cleaning duties and setting up and dismantling of sports equipment in a safe environment.
You will assist in actively promoting Castle Douglas Swimming Pool and Leisure and Sport activities at all times.
Experience of working with the general public, children and customer care is essential and ideally you will have experience of working in swimming pools.
You will possess a current RLSS Lifeguarding qualification and ideally possess a First Aid Certificate. Knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation is desirable.
You will be required to attend regular staff training sessions as part of the requirement of this post. These posts will include shift work including evenings and weekends.
