Requirements:
* Manage a complex caseload with supervision, ensuring compliance with policy, procedures, and legislation.
* Prepare statements and represent clients in court, working within legislative frameworks.
* Make complex decisions using professional judgment, involving service users and needs-led assessments.
* Assess risk and need in complex cases, conduct safeguarding investigations, and maintain updated care plans.
* Develop care plans with other agencies, ensuring they reflect service user wishes and lead to personalized care.
* Negotiate care arrangements with individuals, balancing choice with budget constraints.
* Collaborate across multi-agency teams and undertake direct work with adults and their families.
* Communicate effectively in high-risk situations, modelling strong communication and decision-making skills.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
