Position: Global Health & Safety Manager Location: Full time 5 days/week in central London (Office near St Paul’s Cathedral) Employment Type: Full-time, office-based (5 days a week) Salary: Approximately £80,000 per annum About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Global Health & Safety Manager to lead health and safety programmes across international projects. This pivotal role is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional with a proven track record in driving change and delivering impactful global H&S strategies within corporate and office-based environments. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety standards across all our international operations, providing expert guidance, and implementing best practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage global health and safety programmes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Oversee and support the delivery of international health and safety projects. Drive cultural change within the organisation to embed best practices in health and safety. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and standards in all operating regions. Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to staff at all levels. Monitor, evaluate, and report on health and safety performance metrics. Required Skills & Experience: Chartered Member of IOSH (Institute of Occupational Safety and Health). Proven experience managing global health and safety programmes. Demonstrable expertise in delivering health and safety projects in corporate and office-based environments. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to drive organisational change and influence stakeholders. Comprehensive knowledge of international health and safety regulations and standards. Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills. What We Offer: Competitive salary of approximately £80,000 per annum.
