About The Role
RAC have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Digital Content Editor on a 6-month FTC to join our team within the Creative Studio in Bristol.
This role will be delivered on a flexible hybrid model of working three days from home and two days at our Bradley Stoke office.
Reporting to the Senior Digital Content Editor, the core function is to assist with the delivery of digital content to support sales, profit, brand, and member experience. You will be part of a team responsible for the customer experience of rac.co.uk, in the mobile and desktop environments.
What You’ll Do…
1. Supporting day to day relationships with key contacts
2. Working with CMS to upload and edit content (this will not involve writing copy)
3. Assisting in developing and delivering new content in various formats
4. Ensure content is optimised for SEO
5. Complete BAU delivery (small site changes)
6. Support wider marketing initiatives with relevant and appropriate digital content
7. Ensure site is supportive of optimum user experience
What You’ll Need…
The ideal candidate will have experience in using CMS and HTML, and having experience within a similar role would be beneficial. You’ll also possess the following:
1. An exceptional eye for attention to detail.
2. Experience using headless content management systems, e.g. Content Stack
3. Exposure to consumer and retail marketing.
4. Experience in talking to wider teams within the business and at all levels.
5. PC literate and have a full understanding of Microsoft programmes.
6. Some knowledge of Financial Services market.
7. A basic understanding of the motoring services industry.
