IT Support Technician – Full-Time, Chesterfield
Full-Time – Permanent
Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Support Technician. You’ll be the first point of contact for hardware, software, and mobile/tablet support, ensuring smooth IT operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure laptops, desktops, tablets, mobiles, and software in line with company specifications.
* Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary.
* Manage employee onboarding through Active Directory and proprietary systems.
* Provide support for internet and intranet applications.
* Assist with IT projects and system upgrades as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience supporting Windows 10 & 11, and Microsoft 365.
* Familiarity with supporting both local and remote users.
* Strong knowledge of PC and laptop hardware.
* Basic understanding of Android and iOS on phones and tablets.
* Proven ability to install, maintain, and support hardware and software.
* Previous experience in an IT support role is essential.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both in-person and over the phone).
* Attention to detail, especially in high-pressure situations.
* Flexibility to work occasional after-hours is preferred.
* A full UK driving licence is preferred.
