I am supporting a great opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join an experience team to deliver a successful scheme within Surrey.
About the Role
This key position will report to the Regional General Manager and be responsible for key areas including:
* Working closely with experienced service partners to deliver excellence across all operational aspects including security, cleaning & maintenance services, ensuring full compliance.
* Engaging & establishing strong relationships with all tenants, ensuring open communication & support.
* Working with the marketing providers to drive events & marketing opportunities.
* Working closely with key stakeholders, town partners & community groups to drive open communications & opportunities.
* Driving high standards of services across all areas of the scheme.
* Driving commercial opportunities across the scheme.
* Deputising for the General Manager as and when required & taking up duty management rota responsibilities.
* Capture key sales data & report accordingly.
* Provide finance administration including budget updates / reporting.
Qualifications
Candidates will hold proven experience & a passion within high service delivery, along with the ability to capture engagement & marketing / commercial opportunities.
