Our client is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join their forward-thinking Business Travel team.
Account Manager key responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse customer portfolio.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through effective client management practices.
* Build relationships across customer organisations.
* Collaborate with support teams to resolve issues and provide feedback for improvements.
* Plan and develop partnership plans to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
* Facilitate smooth transition to new contracts and frameworks, including site testing and planning.
* Review travel patterns and recommend policy changes for optimal value.
* Conduct booker training and engagement sessions, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
* Analyse customer data to identify saving opportunities and ROI.
* Conduct regular client meetings and communication to build strong relationships and implement action plans.
* Retain and develop business opportunities.
If you have a minimum of 2 years experience in Travel industry Account management, a proven ability to collaborate with a variety of clients and stakeholders and a passion for business growth, we would love to hear from you
