PRU Learning Support Assistant
A dedicated and compassionate LSA is needed to join the team at a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Caerphilly this January. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a rewarding environment, supporting children who have been excluded from mainstream education. Many of these students face behavioural challenges, and your role will be key in fostering positive relationships and providing a stable, supportive space where they can thrive.
The PRU operates with a structured timetable, featuring two blocks of sessions: 9-11:30 am and 12:30-2:45pm, each accommodating small groups of students. Additionally, there is a nurture group that remains on-site throughout the day, providing consistent support to those who need it most.
