An exciting opportunity has arisen within Oak Tree Housing Association, to join our staff team as lead housekeeper, to help us maintain the upkeep our West Stewart Street premises. Lead Housekeeper Permanent, Part-time, 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday EVH Grade TAS2: £22,696.00 per annum (pro-rata) Working as a team of two, you will take the lead and oversee housekeeping operations on a day-to-day basis. You will organise and plan workload for both you and your team member and ensure delivery of the highest level of cleaning service within all areas of responsibility. Successful candidates will have previous experience in a similar role, including staff supervision. Excellent all round communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and give instructions is essential. Preferred candidates will also have strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage a varied workload. The Association is centrally located in Greenock, easily accessible from Glasgow and a number of other locations. In return, the Association provides excellent conditions of service.
