Taskmaster Resources LTD are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work within a busy finance department for one of our clients based in LS10. The hours will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. This position would be for a minimum of 3 months with a potential of a perm role following probation. The duties will include the following; Processing of vendor invoices Management of the accounts - ensuring all invoices are dealt with correctly/ passed on if needed Vendor liaison when needed Management of invoice logs Making necessary adjustments to accounting entries Processing Employee Credit cards and expenses where authorised Following up expenses to make sure that staff are up to date Previous experience with SAP and/ or Concur would be extremely advantageous for this role Some kind of finance background is essential.
