Title: Senior PR & Brand Manager

Overview: My client is a sustainability and wellness bodycare brand, all products are researched, developed, and produced in-house in both their UK and US manufacturing studios, using the finest organic and ethically sourced ingredients. They harness the power of plants, herbs, and essential oils to create clean, effective skincare that treads lightly on the earth. Their commitment to purity means no harmful chemicals and no shortcuts – just the healing power of nature in every jar.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the brand strategy to enhance awareness, consistency, and customer loyalty.
2. Collaborate with the marketing, product, and creative teams to align brand messaging across all touchpoints.
3. Develop and track ambitious KPIs for market PR agencies, monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on PR activities and results.
4. Lead the creation and management of PR campaigns that drive brand awareness and positioning.
5. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, and influencers.
6. Craft compelling press releases, pitch stories, and secure high-impact media coverage.
7. Oversee integrated campaigns, including product launches, collaborations, and seasonal promotions.
8. Analyze campaign performance, providing insights to refine future strategies.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform PR and branding strategies.
You Are:
1. 5 years experience in PR, branding, or communications, preferably within the wellness, beauty, or bodycare industry.
2. Strong network of media and influencer contacts within lifestyle, wellness, and beauty sectors.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
4. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate brand vision into actionable plans.
5. Experience managing teams and external agencies.
6. Proficiency in analyzing data to measure campaign success and inform decision-making.
7. Passion for wellness, sustainability, and self-care.
