Key Responsibilities
* Assisting in the planning, management, and delivery of projects from inception to completion.
* Supporting the preparation of project programmes, schedules, and reports.
* Assisting in stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication between clients, contractors, and consultants.
* Monitoring project progress, risks, and key deliverables, providing updates to senior managers.
* Supporting procurement processes, contract administration, and financial management.
* Assisting with risk management strategies, identifying and mitigating potential project challenges.
* Preparing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
* Attending site meetings, supporting project coordination, and ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to.
Requirements
* A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in project management or construction consultancy.
* Knowledge of contract administration (JCT, NEC) and project delivery processes.
* Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asta Powerproject).
* A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and professional development.
* Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
